  • 12 savioardi biscuits (250g)

    1½ cups (375mL) strong black coffee, cooled slightly

    2 Tbsp Marsala wine

    125g light cream cheese, chopped and softened

    ¾ cup EQUAL Spoonful

    2-3 x 150g tubs vanilla bean fromage frais

    2 tsp cocoa powder


  1. Combine the coffee with half the marsala wine and dip the savioardi biscuits into the coffee mixture one at a time. Place into a 23 x 33cm tin. Alternatively, biscuits can be placed into glasses or serving dishes for individual servings.
  2. Put the cream cheese, Equal, fromage frais and remaining wine into a bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Spoon half the cream cheese mixture over the biscuits and spread to cover the biscuits completely.
  3. Top with another layer of coffee dipped biscuits and the remaining cream cheese mixture. Dust the top with cocoa. Chill for 6-8 hours before slicing.
