Sangria

  • Ingredients

  • 200 ml cabernet sauvignon wine, chilled

    1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled

    4 tsp Equal Spoonful or 2 Equal NEXT sachets

    1 cup fresh bite-size pineapple pieces

    1 orange, thinly sliced into rounds

    1 small apple, very thinly sliced into rounds

    700ml soda water, chilled

    fresh pineapple wedges, to garnish

    basil, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine wine, juice and Equal Spoon for Spoon in a large serving jug.
  2. Add fruit and soda water.
  3. Mix well and serve immediately in cocktail glasses garnished with pineapple and basil.
