SUBMIT A RECIPE
1 Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a large oven tray with baking paper. Combine cornflakes, oats and raisins in a large bowl.
2 Put peanut butter and egg white in medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until combined. Stir in Equal spoon for spoon, honey, vanilla and cinnamon until well incorporated. Add to cornflake mixture and toss gently to combine. Set aside for 5 minutes.
3 Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls and arrange on prepared trays about 3cm apart. Press down lightly.
4 Bake for 12 minutes until light golden. Set aside to cool completely on tray.
**COOKS TIP: Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
