12 savioardi biscuits (250g)
1½ cups (375mL) strong black coffee, cooled slightly
2 Tbsp Marsala wine
125g light cream cheese, chopped and softened
¾ cup EQUAL Spoonful
2-3 x 150g tubs vanilla bean fromage frais
2 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Combine the coffee with half the marsala wine and dip the savioardi biscuits into the coffee mixture one at a time. Place into a 23 x 33cm tin. Alternatively, biscuits can be placed into glasses or serving dishes for individual servings.
- Put the cream cheese, Equal, fromage frais and remaining wine into a bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Spoon half the cream cheese mixture over the biscuits and spread to cover the biscuits completely.
- Top with another layer of coffee dipped biscuits and the remaining cream cheese mixture. Dust the top with cocoa. Chill for 6-8 hours before slicing.
