Ingredients
4 cups extra light thickened cream
2 packets unflavored gelatin
½ cup EQUAL Spoonful
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate (optional)
Instructions
- Place cream in a medium saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over surface. Let stand 2 minutes to soften gelatin.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except pomegranate seeds. Heat on low heat stirring frequently until gelatin is dissolved.
- Divide mixture evenly between 8 dishes. Refrigerate several hours or overnight until set.
- Garnish each with pomegranate seeds before serving.
